New partners join Manifest PR as the agency heads into 2024
2023-12-19
Manifest PR was founded in 2016 and has since become one of the strongest PR actors in western Sweden. Molly Mulder and Johanna Svantesson are now joining the agency as partners, and together with founders Annika Svahn and Martina Johansson, they will continue the strong growth journey. In 2023, the Gothenburg-based agency gained several new clients – with sustainability as a common thread running through their assignments.
Manifest PR was founded in 2016 in Gothenburg, with a clear commitment to creating PR that contributes to social development. This is an ambition shared by many of the agency’s partners, and several new clients have joined the client base in 2023. Among others, refurbed, Veteranpoolen, Icebug, Rekomo and Greenfood are among the PR agency’s new partnerships this year.
Johanna Svantesson and Molly Mulder are two key figures of Manifest PR. Johanna undertook her internship at Manifest PR when the agency was newly established, an internship that led to a permanent role. In the same year, Molly was recruited from industry colleague Welcom and joined Manifest PR in the spring of 2017.
They are now joining the agency as partners.
– It feels absolutely natural to bring Molly and Johanna on board as partners at Manifest PR! They’ve both been with us practically since the very beginning and are absolutely indispensable to the agency. We have grown together, and when we look back on our journey, we can see that they have helped build Manifest PR, wholeheartedly and skilfully. Now we are continuing that journey together in our new set-up – it feels absolutely fantastic,” says Martina Johansson, who founded Manifest PR together with Annika Svahn.
Manifest PR is an agency that practises what it preaches. In addition to its many pro bono assignments, the agency also donates 10% of its pre-tax profits to charitable causes. Since the agency was founded, it has donated over 230,000 Swedish kronor. This year’s donation was made to Majblomman.
Existing clients include, for example, Vedum Kök & Bad, White Arkitekter, the second-hand chain Myrorna, HSB Göteborg, Sweden’s largest pet food producer Doggy AB, Nordiska Kompaniet and salad pioneers Picadeli. During the year, the agency has created successes such as ‘Second-hand Christmas Gift of the Year’, ‘Homeless Cats Week’ and #10sekunder.
– We’re constantly growing, and we’re seeing more and more people looking for genuine agency relationships finding their way to us at Manifest. The potential for pure, authentic PR is so vast – and together with our new partners, we’ll be exploring it even further in the coming year. We’ve been around for almost eight years now, and it’s time to take the agency to the next level,” says Martina Johansson.
